TEAM BUILDING FOR SUCCESS: DAY 8

Team building in every endeavor of life is success building. Whatever you do or anything you desire to achieve at this stage of your life will come faster with the wisdom of teams. The whole idea behind teams at this stage of your life is to reduce the burden of your success journey by making it easy to happen. Your success dream must not take forever except you want to achieve it alone. Today, you want to think about how the involvement of people or teams of people can help increase your speed by helping you to travel light on the road of success. If you are single and desire to marry, in business and want to make huge profits, if you want to succeed in your marriage and make a difference in life, you will be better off doing and achieving all your dreams with the help of teams.  Every lone ranger will soon need help, advice and support and when there are no teams in place everything built may collapse. You will never feel lonely in any area of your life when you have teams of people working with you and for your success. Single parents, business owners, Corporate leaders, Single people, Widows and people with troubled life will no longer feel they are alone fighting their battles when teams are in place to help. People that agree to come on your team are most of the time welling to take responsibility of your failures and success. When you fail they also look like failures hence they fight and work for you to succeed. Lets look at a few examples of building success teams,

• If you are single person and desire to marry but finding it difficult to find a life partner, you may need to start building a team for this purpose to help you find a life partner. The team in this case will not only help you find but also help keep you emotionally sound and great until your search is over with success.
• As a single mother, it can be an extremely tedious job to raise your child or children alone in today’s global community. Teaming up with other people, families ans parents can help you have some time to rest, go on holiday and basically have time for your self. The teams of key trusted people could also serve as advisers, counselors and good support system for your family.
• You want your marriage to succeed whiles raising your children. You need more time with your spouse regardless of the demand of other economic interest to help the family. You need teams around you to help give all the support required to get all this done, Your support team are happy to see your marriage do well, so they are present to encourage, comfort, exhort by directing you to the best path for success.

No success story in this world is complete without teams. Alexandra the Great, Nelson Mandela, Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey, Abraham Lincoln and all the renowned icons of history made it only with teams.

ACTION PLAN

1. Start taking stock of your life by asking questions about why you are not where you should be on the ladder of success. Be honest with your mistakes and begin to think about people you know can make a difference in your life.
2. At any level that you find your self today, to multiply your success means team building is key. Find five people and take them to dinner and tell them what you want to do next and how you appreciate their abilities and want to have them on board.
3. Read a book about team building and do some intensive exercise to expand your capacity for success oriented team building.

DAILY PRAYER

1. O Lord Jesus, send people into my life to team up with me to make your ordained success upon my life a reality.
2. My God of people, thank you for the people in my life that you have used over the years to bring success to my life. Make a way for them to succeed at all times.

As it is, there are many parts, yet one body. The eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you,” nor again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you.” On the contrary, the parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, and on those parts of the body that we think less honorable we bestow the greater honor, and our unpresentable parts are treated with greater modesty, which our more presentable parts do not require. But God has so composed the body, giving greater honor to the part that lacked it…
