In a survey taking by (HOW FAR) in 2003, many Americans acknowledged that being  a team player was the most important way for getting ahead in the corporate work place. When a team works well towards a common course for success the blessing can be extremely powerful. At this point of the fast track success, you need to think and act on building a group people with complementary skills that you interact with to achieve all the success you hope for. You need key people who will be collectively responsible and accountable to you by their commitment to your purpose and goals for uncommon success. Your ability to bring people together to team up will enable a quicker response to social, economical, spiritual, market and ideological changes in fast-moving world. The blessedness of your success team will help you solve problems quicker, make better decisions, achieve faster goals and succeed with speed than the most talented individual working alone. some of the blessings you receive by forming a success team includes the following.

• More time to brain storm.

When you are blessed to find five people performing the assignment of one person, it gives you more time to be able to brain storm for greater ideas for success. The more time you have as the chief architect of your success journey, the more you are able to have productive thinking for a winsome life. More time means more money and more success.

• Easy problem solving

One of the common hindrances to success is problem solving skills. Many people maybe like you know what you want to achieve, but get stock when hit by a problem. The road to success we must admit comes with so many problems that sometimes causes premature drop out of people with a great future. Many smart and intelligent people drop out of the race of success because of the lack of success team. You don’t want to be knocked out by life’s challenges that comes without announcing its presence and that is why working with a team is a blessing to your assignment. To move through the valley of the shadows of darkness and death and still come out with your marriage, family, purpose, business unstopped will require a success team in place. They help you solve problems to increase solutions at every seasons of your life. It is a blessing to have people who love you and are willing to solve problems for your success.

• Changing for Success

Working with your success team can change you to become a better person. When you succeed in winning people to join your success team, what you are also asking for to  change in some ways that will draw some of what they have to you. it could be principles, disciplines, attitudes or character change. Those people in your life helping you  to make decisions and find solutions in crisis times are in a way helping to reshape your life for good. The willingness to respond to change and taking the risk to adapt to such changes in your life is a mark of success. Your humility in hanging around success team is key to the blessings of change that overcomes all odds.

• Success security

Your success team enhances the blessedness of success security. This is how you free your life from the fear of failing and loosing. The fear of the future and uncertainty is taking care of by the blessings of success team. You are surrounded by people who are going to fight for you, speak for you and protect you in places and areas you lack ability to win. With success team, your marriage, family, business and finances will be shattered. You feel very blessed and secure because you have people in your life who are willing to use their influence to work for you and receive nothing in return except your success.

ACTION PLAN

1. List five areas of your life where you are willing to apply the principles of successful team building. Examples could be business, marriage, family, habits, character, education, attitudes, spirituality.
2. Acknowledge the people in your success team who have been a blessing to your life by sending a card of appreciation today.
3. What is the most major troubled area of your life? refuse to fail by locating a success team that can help turn that problem into a blessing.
4. Tell somebody on your success team about your fear of anything or area of your life. Request that they stand with you to enforce the blessedness of security.

DAILY PRAYER

1. My God of people, grant me special grace to attract people who will surround me to help release your successful destiny for mt life.
2. O Lord, I ask this day that you blessed all the people who have ever been used by you to make my life better.
