FAST-TRACK TEAM PROSPERITY: DAY 13

After 30 years of labor in his secular carrier, Mark looked like a failure in terms of life’s achievement. Getting close to retirement age, he had no investments and practically nothing to fall on for income. He was broken and shattered without words to explain the emotional condition he found himself in. Life brought Mark to its dead ends and the future looked bleak without any solution for success. There are many people today like Mark that don’t know what to do with their lives because of the wasted years and are devastated without words to explain. When you come to this place in your journey of life, don’t cast away your hope in the Lord because a fast track success team in your life can change your story from zero to hero. In Mr. Marks case, a group of friends attested to the fact that he was committed, honest and of a noble character with good ethical values in his profession but though all that was good and great compliments did not pay off his sorrows. Great friends joined forces with resources together to make Mark rich and successful. After few years Mark moved from penury to prosperity. He became a hero in his city because of the good works he did with his wealth. In his 80^th year anniversary speech, Mark said everything he was denied having in the first 60 years of his life came to him in abundance in the last twenty years beyond his imagination. The friends of Mark didn’t want him to remain a liability on them so they came together to join forces with resources to make investment for Mark to prosper. Investing in good relationships means there must be no reason for anyone to suffer. Some of the following suggestions can effectively transform anybody’s life for prosperity. When good and great friends team up together with resources to bring change, it is a force that will hardly fail. Siblings and friends can effective apply the following suggestions for fast track prosperity.

1. 1.       Team Money

Many people have no problem of connecting with a team for success. They will do everything to meet other friends for tea, fellowships and all other group meetings to satisfy emotional needs. Team money is often the missing link for many of such meetings. The idea of team prosperity is the vision that seeks the personal prosperity of every team member. Team money is when a small group of people team up with money for a common purpose of greater prosperity. Team building is good but when you proceed with team money, it will become a greater force for uncommon accomplishment amongst team members. When purpose focused people team up with money great purposes will be accomplished. This can happen for siblings, friends, family and communities. If you help other people to prosper, your personal prosperity will last.

1. 2.       Team Empowerment

One outstanding purpose of a great success team is to empower every member of the team financially. No team is incomplete when there is a huge gap between the poor and prosperous team members. Team empowerment is the answer for poor global communities in every nation. When you have $1000, it is money that cannot accomplish much, but when twelve people come together with $1000 each it, becomes $12.000 which can get more done than $1000. It is easy to empower people with the team empowerment factor. It will take a long time for individual income to bring you to prosperity in the present global economy but when twelve people come together in a team to also team up with their money for the empowerment of an individual, it places the team on fast track team prosperity. There are enormous burdens on one or two prosperous people in a team but when everybody is prospering through team empowerment the team member are filled with happiness and peace. If what you have is not enough to take you where you are going, wisdom require that you team up resources for more power and greater value for fast track prosperity. People power is better than one, because they will get more accomplished.

1. 3.       Team Vision Strategy

To bring individual team members to fast track prosperity, there must be a team vision strategy. Let’s say if there are twelve people in a team, they should have a well-defined team vision for the individual prosperity of team members. When this happens, it will bring team success. The strategy is to have a well-defined business plan in place with time lines on how the team is going to move from where you are now with what you have into abundance. For this to happen, there must be commitment, honesty, love, humility and a sense of value for each member of the team. These lessons of success are the ways to raise and build a new nation of prosperous people in our communities and families.

ACTION PLAN

1. You must focus on purpose built relationships that can bring you and others towards a common purpose for individual prosperity.
2. List about twelve names of people in your team cycle and start discussing strategies and opportunities available for personal prosperity towards team success.
3. Share this idea with twelve people in your team and experiment by asking each member to contribute $20 that will become $240. One person should use that money to invest in a personal development program and see how that feels.  If you continue this way for twelve weeks, all twelve people will be empowered in a personal development program. The extra $220 is paid without struggle in $20 per week.
4. Get all team members to suggest a vision that can bring fast track prosperity. The team must talk and think about a team strategy from all the suggestion for fast track prosperity.
