The term virtual team is refereed to a team built with people through social media communication like phones, video conferencing, Skype, emails, text messages and tele-seminars. This kind of success team includes members who are physically separated from each other geographically yet very effective in contributing towards the expected outcome of your success. With this type of team relationship, you no longer need to wait for people to fly from nation to nation to be effective. You can call a meeting any day and anywhere and your team will assemble on your virtual system like video conferencing. The great thing about virtual teams is that you often don’t need a traditional office with chairs, tables where you pay gas and electricity bills. You don’t also need to meet people face-to-face. The virtual teams of today’s world operate from virtual offices where their cabinet and files are in online storage’s. With virtual teams, you don’t see 5-10 people assemble at a giving time, but they are real teams that performing wonders in today’s global economy. The expenses of building a traditional set up to help manifest the success you desire can be 99% eliminated but still give you the same results you require with virtual teams. The limitations of distance and transportation is eliminated in a virtual team set up.

Virtual team building has mad possible for every success dream to be possible. You no longer need a degree to make a difference with virtual success teams. The CEO, Mark Zuckerberg under 40 years and his virtual success team are now multimillionaires. As at September 2013, Facebook had about 1.15 billion users around the world. In 2012, Facebook company owned a total assets of  $15.10 billion. This is what I call the wonders of virtual team success. Everybody on Facebook may not know the founders,  but have indirectly teamed up with them to bring about success that can not be denied.

Another wonder outcome of virtual team success is how anybody can become influential in the world today. Sometimes it is true that people don’t buy products no matter how great it may be, consumers buy influence that comes through reputation building. You no longer need to be a star or icon in an area of specialty, Take time to think on paper and find major people area of need and start answering their questions through virtual team success. If you focus on providing solutions in any subject area of need, you will soon gain influence that will make people team up with you to give to you. Stephen Covey gained the reputation the leader of leaders through his best-selling book titled The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. If you have a thousand people on your Facebook accounts or a hundred  email addresses that make you very influential. Your idea can reach people to increase your influence. Build virtual success influence and very soon it will translate into virtual team success.

Mobile phones are now common and easy to own and the good thing is that people are already used to most of the virtual technology used in communication on their mobile phones. It can work for you like your office cabinet with all your files for work to be accessed anytime and anywhere.  If you have 500 people on your mobile contact list, it means you can reach them by the click of a bottom and connect instantly with a message. The virtual technology needed for your virtual mobile office can be used on a mobile phone with internet connection. Anybody who pays mobile phone bills must dream on how to turn their phone into a virtual mobile office to generate income. You can even organised a conference with your key virtual success team from any part of the world and still have the feeling of sitting together.

ACTION PLAN

1. Send out an email or inbox 100 people on Facebook with five question that needed answers in a special area like marriage, single parenting, relationships, business. Send a thank you reply for those that respond and compile your finding into a book or booklet.
2. Write a story for children or any area of strength and use any of the social media available to you to send your

4. Create a blog on a subject area or write for youth, teenagers, single professionals, leadership, marriage, spirituality or pregnancy  and send out once a week.

1. My Father in heaven, I am so thankful for all the people you have sent into my life in the virtual world. I ask that you bless and protect them.
2. O Lord, grant me wisdom, understanding and knowledge to understand the times and season. Open my eyes to know how the virtual world works and use me to be a virtual blessings to people I know not.
