MASTERMIND TEAM SUCCESS: DAY 11

When two or more people come together towards a common course in the spirit of harmony with focus, they will achieve great things. When it comes to solving lives problems to create solutions, you are better off doing that with a team of two or more people. When a small number of people in your life group together every week to think solutions, reason together, plan, encourage, create ideas, fellowship and inspire each other, it will make you a better person. This process of team building is what we call the mastermind team. It is one of the most outstanding and cheap way of manifesting individual success without struggle. Today, you want to carefully take time to look into this area of your life in your success journey. Hardly will you see any success story without a mastermind team. The word mastermind means the master of many minds. It could be Bill Gates or Barrack Obama; they are powerful global leaders but may have a group of people that brainstorm with them regarding current domestic or global problems for solutions. In this case five or ten minds may come together every week to pour their thoughts into one place and when they all agree with what they together think will work, that idea becomes the mastermind idea. The mastermind team of your life is responsible for the next supreme answer or solution that will make a difference in your next level of success. Many millionaires and great achievers are very much into mastermind team building. Jesus Christ had a mastermind team of twelve apostles. John Kennedy, Andrew Carnegie and Nelson Mandela also had intelligent people in their mastermind group. I watched a video clip of Henry Ford and Thomas Edison being interviewed by Harvey Firestone. It is said that this two brilliant minds were part of the mastermind team of Henry Ford. Jesus had a mastermind team of twelve apostles and they together made a great difference in the world. When you are ready for supernatural acceleration in your success journey, you need a mastermind team. When you don’t know what to do next and all avenues of your wisdom is exhausted, you need a mastermind team. The right mastermind team has the ability to invoke supernatural power to take you beyond the natural. Your mastermind team can take your life from where it is now to the next level of abundance. When building a mastermind team, think beyond the box. Think family, marriage, business, nation, spiritual life, prosperity, carrier and health. You may need people from business, social media, politics, clergy, information technology and from the financial sector. The mastermind team must consist of people from different background skills. Your mastermind team will do the following for you.

1. 1.      Information Bank

Information is the key to transformation and one of the places in the world that you are guaranteed for getting reliable information you need for success building is in the group of teams called the mastermind team. That kind of team is what I call your information bank, when you need it you go and redraw. There are people in your life that knows how the world is working, they understand relationship building and yet others are strategies, idea creators and know how to implement goals. You need variety of people in your life that will make it easier for you to succeed. They will do the thinking when you reach your limits and they can also help you think out a solution when they brainstorm with you. In the bible, we see that King Pharaoh added Joseph to his mastermind team and Nebuchadnezzar also added Daniel and the three Hebrews boys to his mastermind team. Moses had Jethro, Caleb, Joshua, Aholiab and Bezaleel in his mastermind team. Great men of his history used this principle to make a difference in their world and it can happen today for anyone.

1. 2.      Innovation and Creativity

People of fresh ideas and new thoughts are what we need for problem solving and solution creation in a fast moving world of a new generation. In every trade, profession and calling, there is an urgent need of fresh ideas to meet the needs of new challenges. Your mastermind team will help improve your way of thinking to enhance your creativity. Face book, Google, Television, Water bottle, Cosmetics are all some of the outcomes of innovation and creativity through mastermind team. Your mastermind team can point you to how your life and mission can benefits people that need what you have to increase your success. Yourself improvement, productiveness and creativity can be a masterpiece of your mastermind team. Without innovation and creativity whatever you are doing or dreaming of becoming may be hindered. Your mastermind team can keep you fresh.

1. 3.      People Building

People building is nation and family building. Mastermind team is what you need to become a builder of people. In every family and nation when we stop building people to become better in society, every other good thing will soon stop working and success will not come forth. Great leaders like presidents, CEO’S, war generals are known to connect their success to mastermind teams. Multimillionaires, politicians and business people also refer their success to mastermind teams. When you have a mindset of success for the people of your generation, success will also come to you as a person. This is where you draw virtue and inspiration for national, cooperate, or family building. A personal need may push you into a mastermind team but you will rise to the place of solution for people. People in every community or nation feel better when there are solutions to their problems and that is how they are built emotionally, economically and politically.

ACTION PLAN

1. Write a list of five people who are already doing what you want to do or people who are above you in the journey of the success you want to achieve. You can arrange this in about three areas of your life like marriage, business, and spiritual life. Arrange to meet with them and declare your intentions for success.
2. To be effective in your mastermind team, you must spend time to think about providing solutions to some areas of need. Going to your mastermind team with a blank mind is not the best.
3. Which area of your life do you think you need more precise information to make the difference? Even if you are failing in that area wisdom demands that you write those areas down and allow your mastermind team to help you breakout with success.

DAILY PRAYER

1. Father I ask today that you grant me humility to receive from those who are on my mastermind team.
2. God of people, help me to divinely identify the people that must be on my mastermind team.
